MJ

Bear pride was roaring around MJHS on Friday. Nearly everybody wore an MJ pride t-shirt to school on our first dress-down day of the year. Unfortunately, all the Bear Pride went down the drain as the final score on Wilson Central's Scoreboard was WCHS-39, MJHS-27. What an eye sore! With three injuries sustained for the MJ team, the score went from winning by several points to a 12 point loss. So sorry, team, but it looks like there's going to be a brutal practice for you pretty soon.
On a different note, the Band of Gold performed at half-time. Many who didn't know much about marching technique and all the musical "stuff" would say the band did a pretty good performance down there on the field. I thought we did a good job, but I was marching in the front for most of the bad parts and couldn't really see anything.
